QC checklist for Oopbuy spreadsheet finds

Before you move a find into your cart, run through the checks that catch the most common mistakes.

Product match

  • The visible item matches the title and selected variant.
  • Color, logo placement, pattern, and material look consistent across photos.
  • The page is in the right category, not loosely tagged.

Fit and sizing

  • Measurements are present for clothing or the sizing system is clear for footwear.
  • Oversized, slim, cropped, or relaxed fits are noted before ordering.
  • Buyer notes do not contradict the seller size chart.

Cost and shipping

  • Estimated weight makes sense for the product type.
  • Heavy items still look worth it after shipping is considered.
  • You have compared at least one similar listing before choosing.

Why this checklist matters

A spreadsheet can make products easier to find, but it cannot tell you whether an item belongs in your cart. A weak listing can still look tempting when the price is low or the thumbnail is sharp. Slow down long enough to catch the common problems: unclear sizing, missing angles, confusing variants, and shipping weight that changes the real cost.

After you do it once or twice, the check is quick. You are not trying to prove that every item is perfect. You are deciding whether there is enough evidence to keep it on the shortlist.
